Jonathan Harris
Fitness has been a big part of my life ever since I was a teenager. Coming from a military family, I was always encouraged to push my limits and give my best effort. Those same values have helped me stay fit while helping others reach their fitness goals.
Taking care of my health and personal growth is most important to me. When I am not in the gym lifting or hitting the road running, I am spending time with my dog Sam Houston.
Currently, I consider myself a Hybrid Athlete when it comes to my training method. This includes running long distances and lifting weights.
Some of my proudest athletic accomplishments include: running the Austin marathon (2023), Top 1% in Austin Spartan Race (2023), Top 5 Men’s Physique Adela Garcia NPC Competition (2014), completing the Austin Olympic Triathlon (2014) & graduating Army BCT with highest PT Honors (2010).
